Your work is tracked. So why can’t anyone see it?
Your team tracks its work properly, and still nobody can see it. Working out what the team is actually doing right now means clicking through a dozen views. Status updates get asked for in chat, answered from memory, and are stale by the time they’re read. The people who most need the picture are often the least willing to live inside the tool. And every dashboard built to fix this becomes a second source of truth that quietly disagrees with the tracker.
What Agora does
Agora TIS (Task Intelligence System) is a window onto your team’s work in Plane, your project tracker, with an assistant that answers questions about it and, when you ask, changes it for you. Think of it as the central square where the team’s work is visible, and you can speak to it.
- One screen for the morning. Projects, ticket counts, status, a card per teammate with their workload and progress, and the last things that moved.
- Ask in plain English. Ask who has the most work right now, and it answers from the team’s real tickets, not a summary someone wrote last week.
- Tell it to act, and it asks first. It can comment, change status, reassign, set priority, set a due date or create a ticket, with each change previewed until someone clicks Confirm.
- Fast enough to actually open. A person’s standup view loads in 92 milliseconds once warm, down from nearly eight seconds.
What you get
No second system to maintain. Agora stores nothing of its own: every answer is read live from Plane and GitLab, and every change lands in Plane where the team already looks.
It cannot drift from the tracker. With no database, it has nothing of its own to disagree with the system of record.
Visibility without training. Leads and stakeholders can see delivery without learning the tracker.
A person approves every change
Sign-in uses Google single sign-on, restricted to approved company domains, and both the website and the server check it. Anyone on an approved domain can read, but only members of the project in Plane can change anything, checked by email on the server for every action. The assistant never acts on its own. If a request is ambiguous, it asks which ticket you mean rather than guessing, and Cancel discards any proposal.

Agora is live today, currently scoped to one project and widening next. It works with teams running their work in Plane, with the brief behind each ticket held in GitLab. Its changes are limited to six kinds, all made in Plane and all held until a person confirms.
